Calcium and integrin-binding family member2, also known as Kinase-interacting protein2, KIP-2 and CIB2, is a ubiquitously expressed protein. CIB2/KIP-2 contains 3EF-hand domains. The closely related CIB1 has been reported to bind integrin alpha IIb and may be involved in outside-in-signaling in platelets. CIB2/KIP-2 might be a novel integrin alpha7beta1-binding protein in muscle, we have studied Cib2 expression in the developing and adult mouse. CIB2 Mrna is mainly expressed in the developing central nervous system and in developing and adult skeletal muscle. Inskeletal muscle, CIB2/KIP-2 colocalizes with the integrin alpha7B subunit at the sarcolemma and at the neuromuscular and myotendinous junctions. CIB2/KIP-2 is a calcium-binding protein that interacts with integrin alpha7Bbeta1D. CIB2/KIP-2 is a cytoplasmic effector of integrin alpha7Bbeta1D signaling in skeletalmuscle.

【检验原理】
本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心ELISA法。酶标微孔板上预包被有抗人CIB2抗体，当加入标准品和待测样本时，标准品和待测样本中的人CIB2会和该抗体结合。洗板后，游离的其他成分被洗去，加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的的抗人CIB2抗体可与被酶标板捕获的人CIB2结合，形成“包被抗人CIB2抗体+人CIB2+抗人CIB2抗体-HRP”免疫复合物。当加入TMB显色底物后，复合物上连接的HRP催化底物反应，生成蓝色产物，终止反应后变为黄色。在450nm处测定OD值，人CIB2浓度与OD450值之间呈正比，可通过绘制标准曲线求出标本中人CIB2的浓度。
