Antibody isotyping is a critical and beneficial aspect of hybridoma development. With less than 1 mL of hybridoma supernatant, it could be accurately and specifically identify which heavy and light chain of the hybridoma samples is producing and if it is monoclonal or not. 
 
【检验原理】
本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心ELISA法。酶标微孔板上预包被有抗大鼠IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG2c、IgA、IgM、κ轻链和λ轻链的单抗，当加入待检测的大鼠单抗时，会根据单抗的不同类型与包被在微孔板上的抗大鼠抗体结合。洗板后，游离的其他成分被洗去，加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的抗大鼠Ig（H+L）多抗可与被酶标板捕获的大鼠单抗结合。再次洗板后，加入TMB底物进行显色，根据不同包被孔的显色情况，确定最终确定大鼠单抗分型结果。
